A Study on the Rooting of Tissue—Cultured Apple Plantlets

本试验以苹果砧木M_7和栽培品种长富2、王林的无根试管苗为试材,对影响试管苗生根的一些主要因子进行了研究。结果表明:试管苗品种不同,生根效果有很大差异。M_7是一个较易生根的品种。诱导试管苗生根的生长素种类及浓度、生根培养基中糖浓度、培养温度和继代苗质量对试管苗生根率及单株生根条数均有不同程度的影响。

Some main factors which affecting the rooting of tissue-cultured apple plantlets were studied in this experiment with the rootless tissuecultured plantlets of a kind of rootstock(M_7) and of two apple varieties (Chang Fu-2 and Wang Lin). the results are presented as follows: The rootability of tissue-cultured plantlet varies with different varieties, M_7 was easier to root than others; the rooting percentage and the average root members per plantlet were affected to a certain extent by these factors: the kind and consistency of auxin, the sugar consistency in the rooting culture medium, the culture temperature and the quality of tissue-cultured plantlets.
