摘要
以386微机为主体建立了振动信号采集和分析系统。此系统在不需要人工过多干预的情况下,能实现对成品轴承振动质量的诊断且诊断准确可靠,在轴承振动超差的情况下,能自动判明原因。软件系统用TurboPascal语言编制,全部汉字显示菜单,应用方便。
A sampling and analyzing system based on 386 microcomputer has been constructed for the analysis of vibration signals.The system can reliably diagnose the cause why the vibration quality of a roller bearing is out of standard without too much manual interaction. The software is written in TURBO PASCAL language.All menus are displayed in Chinese for conveniency.The system is also capable in sampling and analyzing other mechanical vibration signals.
