足部创伤软组织缺损的显微外科修复

Microsurgical repair of The traumatic soft tissue defect of foot

目的探讨足部创伤软组织缺损的显微外科修复方法及其效果。方法采用足背皮瓣、足底内侧皮瓣、小腿外侧皮瓣、胸脐皮瓣、带阔筋膜或股外侧皮神经的股前外侧皮瓣转位或移植修复足部创伤软组织缺损56例。结果皮瓣全部成活,均能最大限度保留和恢复足部功能与外形。结论采用显微外科技术修复足部创伤软组织缺损,效果满意。

Objective To investigate the microsurgery repairs method and effect of the traumatic soft tissue defect of foot.Methods Reconstruction of the traumatic tissue defect of foot in 56 cases by pedicled transplantation of dorsal flap,medialis pedis flap,lateral leg flap,thoracicumbilical flap, anterolateral thigh flap. Results All flaps survived, both the function and pedal contour were reserved maximally.Conclusion It can obtain satisfactory result that microsurgical technique to using repair of the traumatic soft tissue defect of foot.
