摘要 嫩枝扦插繁殖李树自根苗,既能省工、省时,又可缩短育苗周期,降低生产成本。研究结果表明;长10—20cm、粗0.2—0.3cm的半木质化李树嫩枝,基部利用萘乙酸250ppm浸泡1 h或1000ppm速蘸,扦插在插床上,保持温度20—30℃、相对湿度90%以上的条件,30—40d扦插生根率可达90%以上,移植成活率可达93.2%。扦插自根苗定植后,生长迅速,扩冠快,两年开花,三年见果,较嫁接苗提早花果1—2年。 The breeding of plum self-root seedling by the tender branch can save work and time, and also short the breeding cycle, decrease production cost. This study indicated: the semi-wooded plum tender branch which length is 10—20cm and diameter is 0.2—0.3cm, is soaked in NAA(250ppm) for one hour or painted in NAA (1000ppm), cut in slotter, and is kept at the temperature of 20—30℃, relative humidity above 90%, 30—40 days. Thus its living percentage of transplanting can be 93.2%. Having settled the self-root seedling of cutting, it grows and extends rapidly. It can flower in two years, and fruit in three years, which is one or two years earlier than grafting seedling.
