摘要
劳动合同解除后,对劳动者进行经济补偿问题关系到劳动者和用人单位利益的平衡,关系到社会的和谐。在分析经济补偿金性质的基础上,对我国法律的相关规定及适用中应注意的问题进行了论述。
After the recision of the labor contract, the problems of economic compensation for workers involves the balance of interests between workers and employers, even the social harmony. Based on the analysis of the nature of economic compensation, this paper discusses the related laws and its appliances in China.
