公共领域合作监督的路径选择——公共部门共同监督的运作机制探析

Path choice of cooperation and supervision in public field——Explore the operating system of co-supervision in public department

处于社会转型期的中国,公共领域的监督治理将走向多元化。在处理需要多方协作才能解决问题的过程中,非上下级隶属关系的不同组织需要构建共同监督中的相互合作关系。着重依据当前我国的社会现状就合作模式的进行了探索。

In the period of transition of China, the supervision and control of the public fields will develop pluralistically. In the process of coping with the problems need multi--cooperations, various organizations with relationship of administrative non-subordination have to construct the relationship of cooperation with cosupervision. According to the present situation in our country, this paper stresses the exploration on the pattern of cooperation.
