隔膜电解法净化再生镀锌钝化液的研究 被引量:4

摘要 采用隔膜电解法净化再生国营159厂的镀锌钝化液,结果表明,此法具有设备简单、技术可行、经济合理、不需要化学药品、没有二次污染等优点。其最佳工艺条件是:电流密度6A/dm2,槽电压45V,温度40℃,电解时间为8小时。通过此方法可以使废钝化液净化再生直接回用于钝化槽。 The Aged Cr-6 Solution of No 159 Factory is purified and regenerated by the electrolysis method As a result of membrane electrolysis,it has many advantages,such as uncomplicated equipment,feasible technique,reasonable cost and no chemical reagents or repollution The optimum technological data are as follows:the current density is 6A/dm and the voltage of electrolysis tank is 4 5V at 40℃ for 8 hours So that the waste solution can be reused and electroplate products will be satisfactory
