摘要
采用HPLC法,以白藜芦醇、大黄素的得率为指标,对虎杖原料经酶解处理后,对其中的有效成分进行了综合提取。通过正交实验,确定了最佳提取工艺条件为:95%乙醇,以液固比20∶1,在40℃下提取40 min,提取次数为1次。HPLC法测定结果表明,从虎杖中提取的有效成分的含量分别是:白藜芦醇为15.35mg/g,大黄素为18.11mg/g。
The comprehensive extract conditions of resveratrol and emodin from Polygonum Cuspidstum Sieb. et Zucc. after enyzmatic treatmerit were investigated by using the orthogonal design with resverartol and emodin as index , which were determined by HPLC. The extract conditions are that, with 20 times amount of 95 % （ratio of volvme） alcohol under 40 ℃, with 40 minutes and one time. HPLC determination shows that under this estract conditions, the content of resveratrol and emodin in Polygorum Cuspidstum Sieb. et Zucc. after Enyzmatic treatment are 15.35 mg/g and 18.11 mg/g, respectively.
