摘要 试验研究表明,磨削加工中砂轮与工件接触前后声发射信号发生明显变化.据此讨论了利用声发射检测技术进行磨削接触检测的可行性和先进性.并提出了检测敏感的声发射特征参量和阈值的确定方法. Experimental research shows that acoustic emission signal varies greatly when grinding wheel comes in contact with workpiece. The feasibility and advancement of detecting grinding contact by acoustic emission technology are discussed. The reasonable methods of determining sensitive AE characteristic parameters and the threshold are introduced.
