摘要
给出了辊环轧辊在轧制过程中受到装配应力、热应力和轧制应力的求解式及计算值，并分析了辊环在工作中所受的应力。表明在一定的装配应力下，为保证辊环的使用寿命，轧制应力与热应力值的变化趋势相反。
This paper gives the formula to solve assembly stress,thermal stress and rolling stress suffered by the roll ring roller in the rolling and their values.It also analyses the stress suffered by the roll ring in work.It tells the changing tendency of is contrary for work life of rolling stress and thermal stress roll rings under given assembly stress.And it shows some points to be noted for lengthening the work life of roll rings.
