摘要
BNS微乳状切削液主要由复合型乳化剂、复合硼酸酯、防锈络合物等组成。用试验方法优化出切削液的最佳配比和合成工艺。经过检测切削液技术指标和工厂试用,表明各项技术指标均符合合成切削液标准GB6144-85和乳化油标准SH0365-92,其中最大无卡咬负荷PB=820N,防锈性能(单片)达80小时,均优于标准;其切削力比干切降低10%~15%,砂轮磨耗比为24.6;该切削液性能优良,无毒无害。
BNS micro-emulsive cutting fluid consists mainly of the compound emulsifier and the compound borate as well as rust inhibitors.The optimum formulated proportion and the synthetic process are optimized by the test method.The test results show that the cutting fluid has achieved the national standards,such as GB614485 and SH0365-92.Among their targets,the maximum non-seizure load PB=820 N,antirust property(single piece)attain to 80 h.cutting force is reduced by 10%~15% in comparison with dry cutting and grinding wheel wear and tear ratio is 24.6 using the cutting fluid.The cutting fluid possesses excellent property,but it is poisonless and harmless.It is a new cutting fluid and possesses good future to develop.
