Effects of internal and external fluctuations on tumor cell growth mode are studied. By numerical calculation, the results show that effects of internal and external fluctuations on tumor cell growth are opposite when fluctuations are negative correlation. The tumor cell population keeps fixed value for the case of the absolutely negative correlation fluctuations.
