油田及其它配电网经常出现各种类型的短路故障－三相短路、相间短路、单相短路．故障线路、故障点难以确定，这将带来原油产量的损失 为解决这一难题，在充分研究现有理论和现有技术的基础上，提出了解决上述难题的理论.方法及相应的实现手段，文中主要介绍单相接地的故障线路及故障的检测．
