摘要
给出了几种低压差稳压器安全工作区保护实验研究电路，对这几种电路工作原理进行了扼要阐述，给出了电路中一些主要关系式和相关的输入、输出特性，总结出低压差稳压器安全工作区保护电路的分类．
This paper has given several experiment circuit about safe operating area protection in low-voltage-difference stabilizer .described briefly the work theory of these circuits and gave some important formutal and related proerties of input and output, sumered the classification of safe operating area portection circuit for the low -voltage-stablizer.
