基于MEMS药物释放技术的试验研究

摘要 目的验证微型药物释放胶囊及遥控装置的可靠性。方法动物实验、X光透视及血液浓度含量检测的实验验证。结果微型药物释放胶囊及遥控装置安全可靠。结论微型药物释放胶囊及遥控装置,可应用于人体腔道疾病诊疗和人体药物吸收的研究。 Objective To verify the credibility of the miniature medicine release capsule and the remote control device. Methods The animal test:, X-ray fluoroscopy and the blood density measurement were carried out. Results The miniature medicine release capsule and the remote control device were safe, reliable and available for the clinical application. Conclusion The miniature medicine release capsule and the remote control device can be applied for diagmosis and treatment of human chamber disease and the research on medicine absorption.
