军队中小医院引资合作策略探讨

本文对军队医院引资合作的策略进行了探讨。针对军队医院引资合作项目中普遍存在的薄弱环节,提出了三点应对措施。一是严谨缜密,充分论证,确保合作项目合理可行;二是坚持原则,完善合同,确保合作项目互惠双赢;三是严格制度,加强监管,确保合作项目良好运行。

Strategy of attracting investment and cooperation for military hospital was discussed in this paper. Focusing on the commonly existed weaknesses, three measures were put forward. Firstly, the project argumentation should be enough and rigorous to assure the reasonability and feasibility of the cooperative project. Secondly, the basic cooperative principles should be insisted and the contract be perfected to assure the reciprocal benefit and win-win. Thirdly, strengthened supervision and strict system are needed to keep the cooperative project work well.
