摘要
利用光学矩阵,计算了记录介质为Te4GeSb2四层膜系相变光盘的光学特性参数(如反射率、透射率)及对比度与各层膜厚的关系,给出了理想的膜层厚度值,并分析了各层介质的特性及作用。
The film′s optical parameters (reflectivity, transmittivity) and contrast varying with the film thickness of the structure of the four layers of phase change optical disc based on the recording material Te 4GeSb 2 are calculated from the optical matrix The ideal result of each layer′s thickness is given; also each layer′s properties and its functions are analyzed
