摘要
针对四角切向燃烧煤粉锅炉在进行数值模拟过程中的特性,采用两种网格划分方法-与壁面平行和与壁面倾斜成45o的网格(简称方法a和方法b),对计算过程中燃烧器出口附近的伪扩散现象进行了分析,指出采用方法b可以有效避免燃烧器出口附近的伪扩散现象,计算结果与实验值吻合得较好。建议在模拟四角切向燃烧煤粉锅炉燃烧器区域的气流流动工况时,采用本文提出网格划分方法b。
This paper introduces briefly two methods of dividing grid in a numerical simulating tangentially fired pulverized coal boiler, which are the method of parallel to water wall and the method of inclining 45°to water wall (method A and method B) False diffusion phenomenon near the exit of the burner is analyzed It is pointed out that method A can avoid it effectively The calculated results are concordant with expermental results successfully Method A is proposedin simulating on aerodynamic field in the combustor zone of the tangentially fired pulverized coal boiler
