摘要 [目的]建立一种分散型固相萃取法快速测定果蔬中农药多残留的方法。[方法]采用分散型固相萃取法,从蔬菜中提取净化残留农药(包括38种有机磷、有机氯、拟除虫菊酯类农药),运用GC进行分析检测。[结果]方法回收率为74.3%~114.9%,相对标准偏差小于11.3%,最低检出限为0.0004~0.02mg/kg。[结论]本方法简便、快速、价格低廉,实用性强,适用水果蔬菜中农药多残留分析。 [Objective]An analytic method with dispersive solid-phase extraction was developed to determine residue multiple pesticide residues in vegetables and fruits, [Methods]After extraction and clean up by dispersive solid-phase extraction,the samples were detected by GC. [Results]The LOQ and average recovery ratio were 0. 000 4-0. 02 mg/kg and 74.3 % - 114.9 % respectively, while RSD was less than 11.3 %. [Conclusion]The method is quick, easy and cheap. It can be used for the determination of multiple pesticide residues in vegetables and fruits.
