2006年一四七团幼儿园新入园儿童预防接种情况调查

Investigation on the Status of Immunization among New Children in Kindergarten in 174 Group in 2006

[目的]了解一四七团幼儿园新入园儿童的预防接种状况。[方法]对团镇区、基层连队儿童与流动儿童的预防接种记录进行调查。[结果]调查显示团镇区、基层连队儿童的BCG接种率分别为100.0%和98.9%,OPV3接种率均为100.0%,DPT4接种率分别为99.2%和96.9%、MV 2接种率分别为98.0%和97.9%、HepB 3接种率分别为100.0%和97.9%。流动儿童的BCG接种率为57.1%、OPV 3接种率为85.7%、DPT4接种率为61.9%、MV2接种率为61.9%、HepB3接种率为40.4%。团镇区和基层连队儿童的五苗接种率明显高于流动儿童。[结论]应加大免疫规划力度,实施入园查验预防接种证,对缺种和漏种儿童及时补种,有效减少传染病在幼儿园的传播。

[Objective]To understand the status of immunization among new children in kindergarten in 147 group. [Methods]Investigation on the records of immunization among children from the group and the floating population was conducted. [Results]The coverage of BCG among the children from the group and the basic unit was 100.00% and 98.9% respectively. The coverage of OPV 3 was all 100.00% and DPT 4 was 99.2% and 96.9% respectively. The coverage of MV 2 was 98.0% and 97.9% respectively. The coverage of BCG and OPV 3 was 57.1% and 85.7% among the children from the floating population. The coverage of DPT 4,MV 2 and HepB 3 was 61.9%,61.9% ,and 40.4% respectively among the children from the floating population. The coverage of the immunization among the children from the group and the basic units was higher than that of the children from the floating population. [Conclusion]Programmed immunization should be strengthened, immunization card should be tested for the children. Vaccines must be given to the missed children in order to reduce the prevalence of infectious diseases in the kindergarten.
