大学与经济之关系探析

经济基础决定上层建筑。高等教育的发展离不开经费的支持。大学通过培养高素质人才,提高劳动生产率,而作用于经济生产。大学的重要职能是发展知识,科研成果转化为现实生产力,从而推动经济的飞速发展。我国公共教育经费严重不足,很大程度上制约了我国经济的增长。基于此,我国近年来对大学的投入超过百亿元之巨。政府也利用经济手段来间接实现规范大学行为的目的。

Economy base decides super structure .Higher educations development dependents on enough funds. University trains and brings up high quality personnel for the social cause, raises labor productivity, affects economic production. Developing knowledge is university important function, scientific research achievement transform productive force. Chinese educational funds serious insufficient restricts economic development .so Chinese government increases ten billion huge investment.
