摘要
多轴转向汽车的杆系合理匹配是十分重要的,不仅同一轴两车轮转角之间应互相匹配,而且不同的转向轴同侧车轮之间的转角也应很好的匹配。这一点是多轴转向汽车与单轴转向汽车的根本区别。本文以双桥转向汽车为例,分析了多轴转向汽车数学模型的建立方法,并对两转向轴之间的摇臂机构进行了运动分析,在此基础上进行了优化设计,仿真结果验证了该方法的正确性。
