摘要
在不同操作条件下对离心流化床干燥器中湿物料的干燥过程进行了间歇实验研究.测定了气流入口、出口和床层温度以及物料湿含量随时间的变化.分析了表观气速、颗粒直径、床层厚度、床体转速和物料初始湿含量对干燥过程的影响.获得了离心流化床干燥过程中传热和传质准则方程.
An experimental study on the drying characteristics of the wet material in a centrifugal fluidized bed drier was performed. The gas temperatures and wet bulb temperatures at the inlet and outlet and the bed temperature were measured with thermocouples. The solid moisture was determined as a function of time. The influences of superficial gas velocity, particle diameter, bed thickness, rotating speed of the bed and initial moisture content on the drying characteristics of the wet sand were examined. An empirical correlation which can be used to calculate the gassolid heat and mass transfer coefficients in the centrifugal fluidized bed drier was obtained.
