摘要
报道了反胶束法制备免疫脂质体的方法.先将水溶性包裹物(如药物等)包入反胶束中;在油/水界面膜上修饰有抗体,使反胶束穿过界面膜自动组装成免疫脂质体.负染电镜照片显示免疫脂质体为单层,直径在50~400nm范围.免疫脂质体溶解实验证明羊抗人IgG已组装在了脂质体上.该方法制备过程简单,包裹率、修饰率较高.
The preparation of immunoliposomes through reversed micelles is introduced. The aqueous phase is first encapsulated into reversed micelles then pass these reversed micelles through the oilwater interface where the monolayer of lecithin embedded with antibody to self assemble into immunoliposomes. The immunoliposomes are unilamellar demonstrated by negative staining electronic micrograph, 50 ̄400 nm in size. The immunoliposomes lysis assay shows that sheep anti human IgG has been coated on liposomes.
