网络环境下的工艺信息标准化描述模型

Standard description model for process information in networked environment

分析了网络制造环境下,将工艺信息共享到企业外部存在的困难,提出了工艺信息标准化描述模型。该模型的总体结构由信息元和行为元构成,信息元负责工艺信息的承载,行为元负责工艺信息的处理。使用行为元中的各类处理方法,模型对工艺信息进行获取、检查与转化,将工艺信息转化成该模型所规定的形式,解决了工艺信息共享到企业外部所遇到的问题。最后,给出了应用案例分析。

Difficulty in the process information sharing outside enterprises in networked manufacturing environment was analyzed. And the Standard Description Model for Process Information （SDM-PI） was proposed. SDM-PI consisted of two elements： Information Content （IC） and Handling Method （HM）. IC was responsible for recording the process information, and HM was responsible for handling the information recorded in IC. By applying various handling methods in HM, SDM-PI acquire, check and convert information displayed in SDM-PI＇s form. Finally, an application case was analyzed.
