基于面向负荷的生产控制的交货期设置方法 被引量:9

摘要 为将面向负荷的生产控制技术应用于订货生产企业,提出了一种基于面向负荷的生产控制技术的交货期设置方法。该方法是基于能力计划安排的交货期设置方法,它考虑面向负荷的生产控制机制对订单加工进程的影响,根据到达订单的加工负荷和生产系统的生产能力,确定订单的可能投放时间,从而得到订单的交货期。同时,为了配合该方法生成的计划,对面向负荷的生产控制机制和机器优先派工规则进行了相应调整。仿真实验证实了该方法的有效性,实验结果表明在含有面向负荷的生产控制的情况下,该方法的表现明显优于传统的总工作量法。另外,实验结论认为,面向负荷的生产控制技术有利于提高交货期预测的准确性,但交货期设置方法应与面向负荷的生产控制机制相适应才能实现这种优势。 To facilitate the application of Load-Oriented Manufacturing Control (LOMC) technique to Make-to-Order (MTO) companies, a due date assignment method was proposed, which was called LOMC-based Due Date Assignment (LDDA). As a capacity-driven approach, LDDA considered the influence exerted by LOMC mechanism and determined the possible release date of a coming order, according to the workload information of the order and current available capacity of the manufacturing system. Therefore, the due date of the order could be obtained. Mean- while, LOMC mechanism and the dispatching rule were adjusted to'comply with the plan arranged by LDDA. Finally, simulation experiments were carried out to confirm the effectiveness of LDDA. Experimental results showed that LDDA outperformed Total Work Content (TWK) method remarkably when LOMC was applied. In addition, it was concluded that the application of LOMC could contribute to due date reliability; while delivery performance also depended on whether the due date assignment method was fit for LOMC mechanism.
