摘要 在电热、电磁发射技术中,高功率脉冲电源占据着非常重要的位置,开关是高功率脉冲电源的重要组成部分。该文介绍了大功率空气开关的特性及主要结构特点,着重介绍了HG-100型空气开关的设计及特性,分析了空气开关存在的问题及改进方向。研究表明,从触发脉冲加入瞬间到电导等离子体开始形成阶段,决定着空气开关的动作时间和稳定性;在间隙中形成高电导率的等离子体的速度决定了脉冲前沿的徒度;脉冲功率电源稳定工作的极限频率取决于间隙绝缘强度的恢复时间。 In the electrothermal chemical and electromagnetic launch technology, the high power pulsed sources occupy a very important place. The switch is an important part of the high power pulsed sources. This paper introduced the characteristic and the main construction of the high power gas switches. It introduced especially design and feature of HG 100 gas switch and analyzed its problems and improvements of gas switches. Research made it clear that the instant addition in triggering pulse to the electric plasma decided the action time and the stability of the switches. The velocity of high electric conductivity plasma in the gap decided the gradient of pulse. The limit frequency of the stable action of the pulsed power source depended on the reinstated time of the gap insulation.
