摘要
应用多刚体动力学分析的方法,首次建立了每个链节具有4个自由度的弹链系统多刚体动力学模型及相应的数学模型,并对弹链运动系统和自动机运动系统作耦合数值模拟,真实地描述了弹链的运动规律和弹链阻力的变化规律,在此基础上,对影响弹链阻力的诸多因素进行了分析,并在保证自动机射速稳定的条件下对主要参数进行调整和匹配,使弹链阻力对自动机运动循环的影响减到最小。
This paper with the help of a method of dynamics of a multi rigid body system, this paper established for the first time the dynamic model and mathematic model of ammunition belt links. It has four degrees freedom in a link. Ammunition belt links were combined with automatic machine of anti aircraft gun to numerically simulate computation, and it makes a real description of the law of ammunition belt links in motion , change tendency of ammunition belt links feed resistance. On the basis of the mathermatic simulation, various factors having an effect on the resistance were analyzed, and the major factors were carried out adjustmen under the condition of guarantee to have stable frequency of fire of the automatic machine. The effect of the resistance on motion circulation of the automatic machine was minimized.
