摘要
采用等离子喷涂技术制备了氧化铝陶瓷涂层,对这种陶瓷涂层与球墨铸铁组成的摩擦副在油润滑条件下的摩擦磨损特性和机理进行了实验研究。SEM的分析结果表明:氧化铝涂层的磨损机理主要是塑性变形。偶件球墨铸铁的磨损机理主要是塑性变形和犁削,其次是表层粒子的疲劳脱落。摩擦时在陶瓷涂层表面有摩擦表面膜生成,光滑的表面膜具有抗摩减磨作用。
The alumina ceramics coating is prepared by applying plasma jet coating technique. Directing towards the friction pair consisting of this ceramic coating combined with nodular cast iron under oil lubricating condition, the property of friction attrition shown and its mechanism are put into an experimental research. The SEM analysis result shows the attrition mechanism of alumina coating is mainly because of plastic deformation. However, its wear out mechanism of the even element made from nodular cast iron is mostly due to the plastic deformation and ploughing cut, next to which is to fatigue fall on the surface player ′s particles. As the friction going on, a frictional film is formed on the ceramic coating surface. As the result, this kind of smooth surface film has the function of resistance to wear and anti attrition.
