“西藏问题”的形成及其嬗变

所谓“西藏问题”的实质就是中外反华势力分裂中国的阴谋，虽然西藏独立的阴谋没有得逞，但是却造成了中印边界问题、西藏“人权问题”和“西藏流亡政府问题”。“西藏问题”是在中国国贫民弱的情况下产生的，因而，彻底解决“西藏问题”的关键在于中国的发展。

The essence of the so-called ＂Tibet Issue＂ is that the separatists of China and foreign countries seized every opportunity to plot Tibet separate from China. All their plots ended in failure, but it resulted in Sino-India Board Issue, ＂Tibetan Human Rights Issue＇and ＂Tibetan Exiled Govern- ment Issue＂. As a result of the eclipse of China, the most important way-out of the issue is the de- velopment of China.
