摘要 通过对不振捣自密实砼的机理研究,给出了这种砼的配制原理,进而得出其不振捣即可密实,从而实现向模板内连续浇注砼,不受依次浇注高度的限制,并消除了机械振捣产生的噪音。实际应用结果表明,这种砼对保证结构砼的质量具有重要的意义。 A prinaciple is proposed on which a special kind of concrete is to be prepared through a research for the basic theory on the structure of this self-densing concrete without vibrating and pounding. Therefore, this kind of concrete can be made dense without vibrating and pounding. As the result, pouring concrete continuously into the inside space of the template can be carried out ,which is not limited by the heights marked by the poured concrete each time, and can eliminate the noise caused by machinery vibration and pounding. The practical application shows that this kind of concrete is of extreme importance to guarantee the quality of the structural concrete itself.
