摘要 杏授粉后2h,花粉就可萌发进入柱头,50h进入子房,授粉后第4 d受精。8 d形成小球状胚,15d形成大球状胚,20d子叶开始分化。5月中旬真叶开始分化。杏胚乳发育属于核型。胚乳核受精后第4 d即已分裂,20d时,完全细胞化,以后随着胚的发育而被逐渐吸收。根据杏胚胎发育特点,生产上应加强对前期座果及后期果实速长期的管理。这样既有助于加速胚分化进程,提高座果率,也有助于后期子叶的分化及内含物的充实,而后者对仁用杏来说则更显重要。 pollen grain emerged after they attached on stigmas approximately for two hours and pollen tubers entered the ovary 50 hours after pollination. The double fertilization was finished in fourth day and the primary formation of cotyledons was detected in mid May.Based on the features of fruit development, it should be emphasized in production to keep desire managements at fruit-setting and final-swell stages for the sake of increase of yield and quality.
