同工酶在枣品种分类研究中的应用 被引量:14

摘要 本文用聚丙烯酰胺凝胶和淀粉凝胶电泳技术,测定栽培枣(Zizyphus jujuba Mill)41个品种的过氧化物酶、酯酶、淀粉酶等同工酶。结果表明, 同工酶可以应用于枣品种分类,供试品种用过氧化物酶同工酶结合酯酶或淀粉酶同工酶分析可将它们全部分开;酶谱相似性在一定程度上反映了品种间的亲缘关系。 41 cultivars of Chinese jujube (Zizyphus jujuba Mill) were used to study the electrophoretic spectrums by polyaerylamide gel and starch gel electrophoresis.Five isozymes (peroxidase, esterase, amylase, polyphenol oxidase, superoxide dismutase) were tested.Results showed that zymograms were different in researched cultivars.Peroxidase zymograms varied greatly in the cultivars, but 14 bands appeared in shoot barks, 8 bands in leaves.However, the other enzymes had afewer bands and did not changed widely among cultivars.It is considered that peroxidase is ideal isozyme in taxonomy of Chinese jujube.All cultivars used in this experiment could be distinguised by combining peroxidase with esterase and amylase.The data suggestea that the similarity of isozymes was related to genotype of cultivars.
