母婴早接触早吸吮对母乳喂养的效果观察

Effect of early contact between mother and infant and early suck of infant on breast feeding

目的探讨母婴早接触、早吸吮对母乳喂养的效果。方法对506例产妇进行调查，观察组208例按常规处理后在30min内将其呈蛙状侧头俯卧于母亲胸腹部，并使婴儿的嘴对准母亲乳头进行皮肤接触，对照组298例为非早接触、早吸吮，分别观察母乳喂养的效果。结果观察组新生儿在较短时间内能有节奏地吸吮乳头、出生后72h内的吸吮时间长、产后乳房充盈时间快、产后泌乳时间提前及泌乳量足，与对照组相比差异均具有显著性意义（P〈0．01）。结论早接触、早吸吮，对促进乳房提前泌乳，保证母乳喂养是极其重要的，对母婴均有利。

Objective To discuss the effect of early contact and early suck on breast feeding. Methods Five hundred and six paturients were investigated. In observation group, 208 infants proned to the chest of mother and leaned the head as a frog, the skin contact and suck were performed in 30 minutes after conventional process. 298 infants were given routine nurses in control group. Obsereve the effect of breast feeding. Results In observation group, Newborns can suck nipple rhythmly in short time, the suck time 72 hours after born of infant and the breast full time after natal was shorter, the time secrete after natal advanced and the quantity was foot. There were significant difference between two groups （ P 〈 0. 01 ）. Conclusion Early contact and early suck are very important to promote secrete of breast and guarantee breast feeding. It is advantageous to the mother and infant.
