克扑粉治疗小儿尿布皮炎245例疗效观察

Observations on the curative effects of the treatment with dioctahedral clotrimazole and chlorphenamine in 245 cases of diaper dermatitis

目的对照观察克霉唑与扑尔敏联用和单用氧化锌、皮炎平及达克宁霜对尿布皮炎的治疗效果。方法把收住院和门诊诊治的病例随机分为4组经常规处理后，治疗组以克霉唑与扑尔敏联用，对照组分别以氧化锌、皮炎平及达克宁霜治疗，一个疗程后观察疗效。结果治疗组效果明显优于3个对照组（P〈0．01）。结论克霉唑与扑尔敏联用治疗尿布皮炎是一种理想的方法。

Objective To observe the effective of diaper dermatitis treated with clotrimazole plus chlorphenamine, zinc oxide, piyanping and daktarin respectively. Methods The clinical Practice is as follows ：Inpatients and outpatients are randomly divided into groups, one target group and three contrastive groups. The target group is treated with clotrimazole plus chlorphenamine while the three contrastive groups are treated with zinc oxide, piyanping and daktarin respectively. Results The Observations, after a course of treatment, evidence that the target group suggests much better curative effect than the three contrastive groups＇. Conclusion It＇s can be concluded that application of clotrimazole plus chlorphenamine is relatively ideal treatment for diaper dermatitis.
