弱激光血管内照射辅助治疗盆腔炎性包块

Intravascular low intensity He - Ne laser irradiation on patients with pelvic inflammation mass

目的观察弱He—Ne激光血管内照射（ILLLI）辅助治疗盆腔炎性包块的疗效。方法68例盆腔炎性包块患者，随机分为常规对照组（使用抗生素与中药，32例）及ILLLI组（常规治疗＋ILLLI治疗，36例）。观察患者治疗前后的临床表现、盆腔B超及疗效。结果两组患者治疗后临床表现、盆腔B超较治疗前均有显著改善，ILLLI组较常规组改善更显著，且ILLLI组治愈率为83．33％，常规组为56．25％，两组比较有显著差异（P〈0．05）。结论ILLLI对盆腔炎性包块的治疗有辅助作用。

Objective To observe the curative effect of intravascular lower intensity laser irradiation （ILLLI） in treatment of patients with pelvic inflammation mass. Methods Sixty -eight patients with pelvic inflammation mass were randomly divided into two group, control group （routine treated with antibiotics and Chinese herbs,32 cases） and ILLLI group（ routine plus ILLLI treatment, 36 cases）. The clinical manifestation, pelvic B ultrasonic and curative effect were observed. Results The clinical manifestation, pelvic B ultrasonic and effect in both groups had striking amelioration after treatment in comparison with pre - treatment, the amelioration in ILLLI group was more significant notable in comparison with routine group. The cure rate in ILLLI group was 83.33% and 56. 25% in control group （P 〈0.05）. Conclusion ILLLI has adjuvant treatment value on pelvic inflammation mass.
