奈达铂联合吉西他滨治疗晚期非小细胞肺癌的临床观察

The clinical observation of nedapltin combined with gemcitabine regimen for the patients with advanced non - small cell lung cancer

目的观察奈达铂（NDP）联合吉西他滨（GEM）治疗晚期非小细胞肺癌的客观有效率和毒副反应。方法全组26例非小细胞肺癌均由病理组织学或细胞学证实。应用方案：GEM800—1000mg／m^2＋NS100ml静滴30min，d1，8；NDP80～100mg／m^2＋NS500ml静滴，28d为一周期，每例至少完成2个周期以上评价疗效。结果26例均可评价疗效，客观有效（CR＋PR）率42．3％，其中CR3例，PR8例，SD11例，PD4例。主要毒副作用为骨髓抑制和轻度胃肠道反应。结论奈达铂联合吉西他滨治疗晚期非小细胞肺癌疗效较好，且毒副反应患者可以耐受。

Objective To observe the response rate and toxic reaction of nedaplation combined with gemeitabine regimen in treatment of patients with advanced non - stall cell lung cancer. Methods 26 cases（nsels） were confirmed by pathology and diagnosed as advanced NSCLC. The patients was given NDP 80 - 100mg/m^2 ＋ NS 500ml,ivgtt d1;GEM 800 - 1000mg/m^2 ＋ NS 100ml ivgtt 30min d1,8. It was renewed twenty - eight days. Results The response rate was 42. 3 %. 3 cases got CR, PR 8 cases, SD 11 cases, PD 4 case. The main toxic reaetion showed marrow restraint and slight gastrointestinal reaction. Conclusions Nedaplatin combined gemeitabine regimen in treatment of advanced NSCLC patients has a good response rate , slight toxic reaction and a good tolerance, It was worth using to clinical further.
