从我院儿保两年建卡情况看婴儿保健服务需求变化

Changes of baby preventive health service demand： analysis of children preventive health card setting situation of our hospital in nearly two years

目的进一步了解城市社区婴儿保健的现状及需求，使社区儿童保健工作更好地开展。方法对我院2005年5月1日-2007年5月1日出生的300名0～1岁的婴幼儿母亲进行了婴儿保健服务需求的调查。结果希望通过医生咨询得到保健知识的（占59．9％），其次是宣传手册（占49．9％）和书刊杂志（占46．2％）。而目前最常见的是从互联网上获取和了解有关信息（占70．7％）。结论医院对婴幼儿保健服务还有很大的发展空间，应加强社区孕产妇健康教育，积极做好健康宣教工作，争取在较短的时间内实现儿保建卡率达到100％。

Objective To better understand of the status of infants health needs in urban communities, and develop the child health care work in community. Methods To survey the mothers of 300 infants who was 0 - 1 year old and born in our hospital from May 1 st ,2005 to May 1 st,2007. Results There were 59.9% people who want to get the health knowledge from doctors advisory, 49. 9% from brochure and 46. 2% from books and magazines. At present, the most popular way （70. 7% ） is from the internet. Conclusion There are more development of space in the health services about the infants, we should enhance the education about community maternal health, try our best to make the children＇s health rate reached 100% in a short time.
