摘要
玉米小斑病菌(Helminthosporium maydis)和玉米大斑病菌(Exseiohilum turcicum)的相互关系中,小斑病菌可强烈地抑制大斑病菌的生长,在PDA培养基上可形成明显的抑菌区,在玉米植株上能减少大斑病病斑的数目,病斑变小,产孢能力也降低。玉米小斑病菌对大斑病菌的抑制作用因不同菌株的组合而异,抑制作用的强度也随不同接种方法和培养条件而变化。根据小斑病菌对大斑病菌的抑制作用,结合小斑病菌对温度较易适应的特性,初步推断我国春玉米区有逐步发展为小斑病常发区的潜在可能性。
A obvious antagonistic action occured between Exserohilus turcicum and H.maydis, The latter strongly inhibited the colonial growth of the former and formed an evident area of antagonism between them on PDA plate. In vivo, no matter which inoculation methods, the mixtures of E.turcicum and H.maydis, H.maydis prior to E.turcicum, or the obvious symptom of E.turcicum not being appearant then H.maydis, all of them could reduce the lesion number,size and sporulation of E.turcicum. The antagonism was different among the combination of different isolates of E.turcicum and H.maydis, and the intensity of antagonism also changed along with the different isolates, methods of inoculation and condition of culture.According to the antagonistic of action of H.maydis against E.turcicum and the property of the former adapting to temperature easily, We inferred initially that the spring corn area could gradually have changed into ordinary region of South corn leaf blight.
