摘要 本文叙述了对染料还原大红R合成工艺的改进,提出了一条以水为溶剂的新型合成工艺路线.并对醇胺的种类与质量、酸酐的杂质含量等影响因素进行了讨论,且将新型合成工艺和传统的工艺进行了比较. In this paper, synthetical method of Youhaothrene Scarlet R as a vat dye is improved on, and an novel synthesis route which reacts in aqueous solution was offered.Then several influence factors i.e. the kind and quality of hydroxylamines, the impurity content in anhydride etc, were discussed. A comparsion of traditional method with new one was carried out. Results showed that the new technique of Youhaothrene Scarlet R prepared in water solvent is of less pollution, better quality and lower cost of the product, and simpler operation.
