摘要
学科建设是高等院校立足之本，而学科学术带头人则是学科建设的源头活水．学科带头人的水平及其群体的素质，是学院党政领导优先考虑和高度重视的关键问题．遴选与培养工作重在机制与环境的优化，而加强管理在于质与量的同步建设．有鉴于此，本文试图就有关问题阐述观点，以求有助于促进队伍建设与学科发展．
The construction of science branch is the foundation for development of institute.The academic directors of science branch are the forntain lead for the construction of science branch.The academic level of the director and the guality of scholar group are the key problem which is considered by the leaders of institute.
