摘要
目的比较茶枝柑青皮与陈皮挥发性成分的异同。方法采用水蒸气蒸馏法提取挥发油;气相色谱-质谱联用法(GC/MS)测定;直观推导式演进特征投影法(HELP)对重叠峰进行解析;程序升温保留指数辅助定性。结果茶枝柑青皮与陈皮分别定性出49和52种化合物,分别占挥发油总量的99.67%和99.17%。D-Limonene为茶枝柑青皮与陈皮挥发性物质中含量最高的化合物,分别为65.61%和73.39%。结论茶枝柑青皮与陈皮挥发油成分在物质种类上差异较小,而各物质在含量上有明显差异。
Objective To investigate the similarities and differences of volatile oil components in Pericarpium Citri Reticulatae Virid and Pericarpium Cirri Reticulatae. Methods The volatile oil components were detected by GC/MS ; the overlapped peak cluster were resolved by heuristic evolvinglatent projections (HELP) ; and temperature - programed indices were used to aid the quality. Results 49 and 52 compounds were identified in Pericarpium Citri Reticulatae Virid and Pericarpium Citri Reticulatae respectively, representing 99.66% and 99.17%. The percentage of D - Limonene was the highest in the two Chinese Traditional medicine, accounting for 65.61% and 73.39% respectively. Conclusion There was little difference in the chemical components between Pericarpium Citri Reticulatae Virid and Pericarpium Citri Reticulatae, but a great difference in percentages.
