消淤降脂胶囊中丹参水溶性总酚酸溶出度的测定研究

目的对消瘀降脂胶囊中丹参水溶性总酚酸的溶出度进行测定,以控制其内在质量。方法应用转篮法,以紫外分光光度法测定丹参水溶性总酚酸的含量为指标,对消瘀降脂胶囊中丹参水溶性总酚酸溶出度进行测定。结果以0.5%聚山梨脂80磷酸盐缓冲溶液为溶出介质,转速150 r/min,经120 min,平均回收率100.10%(RSD0.39%),溶出度为标示量的70.0%以上。结论紫外分光光度法测定消淤降脂胶囊中丹参水溶性总酚酸的含量是控制该制剂内在质量的一种可行的方法。

Objective To determine the dissolution of Salvia miltiorrhiza water solubility con -phenolic acid in Xiaoyujiangzhi Capsules. Methods The rolling basket method was used, and the content of Salvia miltiorrhiza water solubility con - phenolic acid was determined by UV in Xiaoyujiangzhi capsules. Results 0. 5% Polysorbate 80 PBS was used as solvent. Rolling basket method was used with rotation rate at 150r/min for 120min, average recovery was 100. 10% （RSD 0. 39% ）, and the dissolution was more than 70.0%. Conclusion Determination of the dissolution of Salvia miltiorrhiza water solubility con - phenolic acid in Xiaoyujiangzhi Capsules is feasible.
