海带多糖的含量测定方法正确性研究

Determination for the Content of Polysaccharides in Laminaria japonica by Phenol-Vitriolic

目的探索正确测定海带多糖含量的方法。方法采用苯酚-硫酸法,按照不同糖溶液配制标准液在485 nm处测定多糖含量。结果按照多糖中褐藻糖与半乳糖比例为标准测得多糖含量为60.42%,介于两种组成单糖测定结果之间。结论按照多糖中单糖组成比例为标准测定多糖含量具有可比性,可用于海带多糖含量测定。

Objective To determine the content of polysaccharides in Laminaria japonica . Methods We used the method of vitrilic colorimetry, and detection wavelength was 485 nm, Results The content of polysaccharides with the method which was according to the composing sugars was 60.42%. Conclusion This method can be used to determine the content of polysaccharides in Larninaria japonica.
