摘要
目的研究莪术挥发油提取及包合的最佳工艺条件。方法以挥发油的提取率为评价指标,利用正交实验L9(34)筛选挥发油的最佳提取工艺。考察了饱和水溶液法β-CD包合莪术挥发油时挥发油与β-CD用量的比例、包合温度和包合时间对包合的影响。结果挥发油提取条件为:莪术粗粉加8倍量水浸泡30 min,提油5 h。综合比较了挥发油的利用率、包合物收率及包合物含油率3个指标,结果A1B2C3为最佳因素水平组合,即最佳包合条件为50℃,搅拌60 min,挥发油:β-CD比例为1∶4。结论结果最佳提取工艺提取率高,简单,方便。
Objective To study the optimum extraction and inclusion process of volatile oil in Rhizoma curcumae. Methods The optimum processing conditions for extraction of volatile oil in Rhizoma curcumae was determined by orthogonal design method. The inclusion study was carried out with orthogonal design. The processing conditions were studied by determining the utilization ratio of volatile oil from Rhizoma Cureumae, the oil - beating rate and extract ratio of inclusion compound. Results The extraction conditions was as follows : dipping in 8 fold water for 30 min and the extracting for 5 h. The optimum preparation conditions for inclusion were established as follows: volatile oil:β -CD was 1: 4,the inclusion temperature was at 50℃ and inclusion time for 1 h. Conclusion The method is reliable, accurate and easy to operate. It can be used for mass production.
