气相色谱-质谱联用法测定中药姜花块根挥发油化学成分 被引量:4

摘要 目的研究姜花块根挥发油的化学成分。方法采用水蒸气蒸馏法提取姜花块根挥发油,用气相色谱-质谱联用仪对其进行分离测定,结合计算机检索对分离的化合物进行结构鉴定,应用色谱峰面积归一化法测定各成分的相对百分含量。结果水蒸气蒸馏提取物得率为0.12%,分别鉴定出46个化学成分。结论姜花块根挥发油成分主要为萜类及倍半萜衍生物。 Objective To study the chemical constituents of the volatile oil from Hedychium coronarium roots. Methods The volatile oil was obtained by steam distillation. The chemical constituents were separated and identified by GC - MS. The relative contents in the volatile oil were determined by area normalization. Results The extraction rate of Hedychium coronarium roots was 0.09% , and 46 chemical constituents were separated and identified. Conclusion The main chemical constituents of Hedychium coronarium roots are derivant of terpene and sesquiterpenoids .
