摘要
目的观察玉液汤对胰岛素抵抗大鼠脂肪细胞因子瘦素(Leptin)和肿瘤坏死因子(TNF-α)的影响。方法用高脂饲料复制胰岛素抵抗大鼠动物模型,采用放射性免疫法,观察玉液汤对脂肪细胞因子Leptin,TNF-α的影响。结果玉液汤可明显改善Leptin,TNF-α的表达。结论玉液汤通过改善Leptin,TNF-α的表达,从脂肪细胞因子的角度改善了胰岛素抵抗。
Objective To observe the influence of Yuyetang on the fat cytokines （TNF -α, Leptin） in insuhn resistance rats, Methods The diabetes model was induced by high fat diet and the TNF-α and leptin were observed by radio immucoassay . Results Yuyetang could significantly improve the expression of TNF-α and leptin. Conclusion Yuye Tang can improve insulin resist- ance by modulating the expression of TNF - α and lepsin.
