高效液相色谱法测定连贞滴丸中盐酸小檗碱的含量

Content Determination of Berberine Hydrochloride in Lianzhen Pill by HPLC

目的建立以高效液相色谱（HPLC）法测定连贞滴丸中盐酸小檗碱含量的方法。方法HPLC色谱条件：C18色谱柱（4．6mm×200mm，5μm）；柱温20％；流速1．0ml／min；检测波长345nm；流动相为乙腈：0．2％磷酸水（25：75）。结果盐酸小檗碱的标准曲线为：Y=42148043．09245X-243222．939726，r=0．9991（n=6），峰面积与浓度在0．00988～0．0988mg／ml范围内呈良好的线性关系，平均回收率为100．68％，RSD为1．18％。结论测定方法准确、可靠、可用于控制连贞滴丸的质量。

Objective To establish an HPLC method for determination of the content of berberine hydrochloride in Lianzhen pill. Methods The HPLC conditions were as follows-C18 Column （200 mm ×4.6 mm,5μm） , column temperature 20% , acetonitrice ：0.2% sphoric acid water （25： 75 ） as mobile phase,the flow rate was 1.0 ml/min, and the detection wavelenth was at 345 nm. Results The calibration curve of berberine hydrochloride was ： Y = 42 148 043. 092 45X - 243 222. 939 726. r = 0. 999 1 （ n = 6）. The content of berberine hydrochloride showed a good linear relationship in the range of 0. 009 88 - 0. 098 8 mg/ml. The average recovery was 100.68% ,and RSD was 1.18%. Conclusion The method is accurate ,reliable, and can be used for quality control of Lianzhen pill .
