摘要
目的探讨不同剂量配比对芍药甘草汤中芍药苷煎出量的影响。方法采用高效液相色谱法,色谱条件:色谱柱为Kromasil C18(4.6mm×250mm,5μm);以乙腈-0.1%磷酸溶液=15:85为流动相;检测波长230nm;流速1.0ml/min。柱温为室温;选样体积10μl。结果芍药苷在0.102~1.02μg范围内呈良好的线性关系,r=0.9998,各种配伍未见芍药苷煎出量有明显变化。结论不同剂量配比对芍药甘草汤中芍药苷的煎出无明显的影响,该方法可作为芍药甘草汤中芍药苷的含量测定方法。
Objective To investigate the influence to the quantity of Peoniflofin in different doses matching Shaoyaogancao decoction. Methods The HPLC method was established for the determination of peoniflorin in Shaoyaogancao decoction. The column was Kromasil C t8 ( 4.6 mm × 250 mm,5 μm) , mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile - 0.1% phosphoric acid = 15 : 85, the column tempreture was room temperature, and the flow rare was 1.0 ml/min. The detection wavelength was 230 nm. Results A better linearlty was obtained in the range of 0. 102 - 1.02μg for peoniflorin, with a good correlation coefficient, r = 0. 999 8. The method had good precision. The quantitative peoniflorin in different doses matching Shaoyaogancao decoction had no significant difference. Conclusion The quantitative peoniflorin in different doses matching Shaoyaogancao composition have no significant difference. There is no influence to the quantity of Peoniflorin in different doses matching Shaoyaogancao decoction . This method is simple, and quick, and it can be used as assaying peonifiorin in Shaoyaogancao decoction.
