摘要
目的研究β-环糊精对冰片的包合作用,减少其在生产和贮存中的挥发。方法应用正交设计法,以20%的乙醇为溶剂采用超声法考察β-环糊精包合冰片的包合率。结果包合率可以达到98.00%。结论该工艺适合冰片β-环糊精包合物的制备。
Objective To prepare the borneol-β-CD inclusion complex and reduce the votatilization in producing and storing . Methods The study was carried out with orthogonal design with 20% ethyl as ultrasonic solvent. Results The rate of the package weight reached 98.00% . Conclusion This process suits to preparation of Borneol - β - Cyclodextrinclusion Complexes.
